Welcome to WOW! Meet weekdays and weekends to walk or run 3 miles or more at various locations throughout the Bay Area. Our group is social but fitness is our goal. Minimum requirement is that you can move for 60 minutes already. The pace doesn't matter. Some of us walk for fitness. Some of us mix walking/running. We are a running group of Team in Training Spring 2010 Alumni. We want to still have folks to run with and help us all train for our next endurance event. All levels of runners are welcome to join us. We just ask that you take care of your own running and nutritional needs. (I.e. bring your own water and gels, chomps, etc)

Trail running group (TRG) Join us in training for your next trail event or race of half marathon to ultra distance. Runs are typically in the East Bay -- Redwood, Strawberry Canyon, Tilden, Cesar Chavez parks. Regular training runs (5+ miles) include trail fartlek, tempo, easy runs, and long runs (12 to 30+ mi.).
